Product production can take up to two to three weeks.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most of our products are handmade, finished, or made-to-order.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

Due to the many hand made aspects of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for returning your items.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, free of damages and unaltered, and in the original packaging.
